1. Service Provider

2. Scope of the Service
ASINGUARD provides digital analysis, filtering, reporting, billing, and panel-based account management tools. Feature scope, panel type, daily quota, and analysis speed may vary by purchased or assigned plan.
3. Membership and Account Security
- The user confirms that registration details are accurate, current, and belong to the actual account holder.
- The user is responsible for password security, account access, and keeping credentials confidential.
- Unauthorized access attempts, account sharing, or misuse must be reported without delay.
4. Subscription and Access
- Subscriptions are billed monthly unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- Quota limits reset daily, while subscription access continues according to the active billing cycle.
- Panel type, plan, quota, and analysis speed are enforced by backend controls and billing records.
- Access may be suspended if billing fails, the subscription expires, or technical abuse is detected.
5. Acceptable Use
- The platform may not be used in violation of applicable law or third-party rights.
- The user may not attempt to bypass licensing, quota, security, or rate-control mechanisms.
- Unauthorized copying, scraping, redistribution, reverse engineering, or traffic abuse is prohibited.
6. Data, Results, and Commercial Decisions
ASINGUARD provides supporting analysis outputs only. Final sourcing, listing, pricing, and operational decisions remain solely the responsibility of the user. The user accepts that no platform output constitutes legal, tax, marketplace-policy, or financial advice.
7. Intellectual Property
The ASINGUARD brand, software, interface, workflows, visual assets, code, and documentation belong to ASINGUARD or the relevant rights holder. The user receives a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service during the active subscription term.
8. Service Changes, Suspension, and Termination
ASINGUARD may update features, prices, infrastructure, or service rules for security, operational, legal, or product reasons. Accounts may be suspended or terminated where abuse, payment failure, legal risk, or breach of these terms occurs.
9. Governing Rules
These terms are interpreted in line with mandatory applicable law. To the extent permitted by law, disputes relating to the service provider's contractual terms are governed by the laws applicable to the service provider's governing jurisdiction. Mandatory consumer protection rules remain reserved.
